How early should I arrive to class?

Please come 15 minutes early so our team can get you set up and answer any questions before your ride.

What happens if I am late to class?

We have a strict late-arrival policy. Once class has started, no one will be admitted, so please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early.Our workouts take place in a dimly lit room with continuous movement and equipment in use. Entering a class after it has started can create a safety risk for both you and other members and can disrupt the flow of the workout.For everyone’s safety and experience, late entry is not permitted once class begins. We appreciate your understanding!

What Should I Wear?

Comfortable workout clothes that you don’t mind sweating in! Most members wear form-fitting leggings or shorts for muscle support and ease of movement, as well as a t-shirt, tank or bra top. On your feet we require all members to wear grip socks. If you do not have any we have our amazing POWERHOUSE grip socks for sale at the front.

What are the footwear requirements?

All members are required to wear grip socks while working out. Regular shoes are not worn during class, grip socks will help stability, comfort and your safetly throughout your workout. All outdoor apparel and shoes can be kept in your locker. If you do not have your own grip socks we have them for purchase in studio.

Do I need to bring my own towel?

Yes, while it is not mandatory to have a towel, things will get sweaty. We recommend that you bring your own towel to use during class.

Do you have lockers?

We do have lockers to hold all of your belongs during class. Our lockers are located right inside of our workout space along with a bench for you to change from your shoes to your grip socks.

We do have a filtered water fountain to fill your own water bottle. If you happen to forget your bottle we do have water bottles for sale at the front desk.

Do you have bathrooms and showers?

Absolutely! POWERHOUSE has everything you need to freshen up and get ready after class.Our space includes three private showers, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as hair dryers and shower towels. Whether you’re heading straight to work, meeting friends, or heading out for the rest of your day, you can shower, change, and get ready comfortably at POWERHOUSE.
